Pressing instructions - cover with extra plain tee shirt (what I do!) or parchment. Press heavy pressure at 302 - 310 degrees Fahrenheit 10 seconds - let cool and peel clear transfer sheet. Recover with extra plain tee shirt or parchment and press again for 7-10 seconds. Need a commercial press. Not suitable for a home iron or easy press.
